and the menu music is a christmas tune!!! in piano! i'm not sure if it was in gt5, but since I've come from GT4, I'm quite soothed by all the different tunes GT6 has. Shoutout to Jayhawk Jake for playing with me so long! Hope more Opponauts can get together to play next time. edit: MORE CHRISTMAS TUNES! HUWWHAATT??!?!?! *DIES*

This started back with GT5:P. In that game the menu was your current car in one of the photomode locales (though there was no photomode in 5:P), and we were surprised Christmas morning with a snowy Arweiler and festive tunes. 's awesome.

GT5 did it. It's kinda ironic how they struggle to record proper engine sounds yet their elevator/menu music is excellent.

That's so true. Gran Turismo's engine sounds are horribly inaccurate as well as the lack of recording proper exhaust sounds. This is what happens when you try to put crappy cars in the game, no money left over to properly record the cars that matter...

I'm a Muslim, so it's also possible it's just personal preference and likes and dislikes.
The music doesn't stick around long, it just shows up on the log in only, I haven't encountered it twice in one session.

Religion isnt the only factor-im just not into xmas and really dont care for these tunes. Nice touch if you like that sort of thing but I wish it was optional...its a custom playlist for me :/ (options-sound-user bgm)
